The classic, durable Douglas Batting tunnel frame has withstood the test of time and has been manufactured for over 30 years. With the Douglas Batting Tunnel frame your poles can be set at your desired length and can also be adjusted to fit custom net widths. Standard batting tunnel lengths are 55/70/75 and widths are 12/14 wide. The unique frame design allows for the tunnels net to easily be adjusted at any time after the initial installation. Thedoubleand triple frame system is installed with a shared-pole multiple cage design setup, eliminating the need for extra poles and ground footings.

FRAME
This heavy-duty frame is constructed using six, 14, 4 square, heavy-duty steel poles. A black, baked-on powder coat finish on the steel frame provides the ultimate weather resistance and protection. The width of the end frames is reinforced using 2-3/8 OD, heavy-duty 7-gauge galvanized steel crossbars used to attach the steel cables for attaching the net. The end crossbars feature Allieds zinc Flo-coat galvanization process for maximum protection. For increased safety, a center cross cable is used instead of a crossbar. The cable provides net support and eliminates overhead ball ricochet. Frame poles are installed with 4 square 24 aluminum ground sleeves, allowing a maximum installed net height of 12.

HARDWARE
The cable support systems consist of 1/4 galvanized aircraft cable with a 6,100 lb break strength. Cables run the length of the tunnel and are attached to the end crossbars to support the net. All net-to-cable connections are constructed from long-lasting steel. All of the necessary hardware components including quick links, turnbuckles, cable clamps, and carabiner clips are provided.Batting Tunnel Netsare sold separately choose the size that suits your needs best.
